Considered by many in the industry as the definitive annual agency rankings, the Campaign Brief index measures an agency’s creative work, talent (staff), new business wins and culture, to define who is hot and who is not.
Whilst 2020 was a challenging year for all, it proved to be a big year for Town Square especially on the new business front with arguably one of the industry’s most significant client acquisitions. In early 2020 Town Square commenced working with Qatar Airways, the world’s best airline, and Discover Qatar, the tourism body responsible for hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Other notable new business wins included Australia’s largest new network of ATMs by the Armaguard Group, Australia’s most trusted organisation in currency management and security logistics.
On the work front, campaigns for The Big Issue, Tasman Butchers, APT, EGO, Victorian Government and Frasers Property all helped contribute to our high standing within Australia’s creative agency ranking.
