First EGO work generates 326% YOY increase
In March we won all-electric outdoor power equipment brand, EGO. In June we launched our first retail campaign for EGO, More Buzz For Your Buck—and from early reports—that’s exactly what’s being achieved.
More Buzz For Your Buck offers customers a free battery redemption with a minimum spend across the entire EGO range. The bigger the spend, the bigger the battery.
Using a mix of social, online display and POS, the campaign supports EGO’s growing network of retail partners by driving store traffic and rewarding customers for spending more.
The promotion is the perfect opportunity for customers who have experienced the benefits of the EGO range to expand their fleet of EGO equipment and batteries.
It also encourages habitual fossil-fuel users to say goodbye to noise, fuss and fumes by replacing their old petrol-powered OPE with the next-generation platform that offers 56 Volt power.
Available for two months only, we are pleased to see a 326% increase in redemptions compared to the equivalent campaign last year—and a significant number of consumers buying into the EGO Power+ platform for the first time.
