We are delighted to announce two significant new appointments to the Town Square team. This week, we welcome Neville Doyle to Town Square as our new Chief Strategy Officer. And in October, we bring Jane Callister on board, in the newly created role of Managing Director.
Neville is an award winning planner who joins us after two years at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne where he worked as planning director across Mars, CUB, Airbnb and Drinkwise. Prior to that he held the same role at sister agency Colenso BBDO in Auckland for four years, during which time he was twice named in the top 10 of Global Planning Directors by the Big Won Report. Before moving to this side of the world, he worked in London at TBWA, Momentum and Carat Global and has a host of Cannes Lions, D&AD and Effie Awards to his name.
Returning to Melbourne after six years in Sydney, Jane joins Town Square with a remit to enhance day to day operations and to drive new business. Jane has an extensive track record of building agencies and developing high performance cultures. She joins from The Core Agency in Sydney where for more than three years she successfully grew the business by adding new clients and increasing headcount and revenues. During her more than 20 year career, Jane has held senior management positions at some of the country’s biggest agencies in both Sydney and Melbourne including TBWA, M&C Saatchi, DDB, The Campaign Palace, Grey, George Patterson and JWT.
Jane and Neville will join Town Square’s management team of Partners Danielle Moeller and Harry Corsham and Creative Directors Brendan Day and Gareth Davies. Neville and Jane enhance our ability to deliver new strategic and creative opportunities for our clients, as two outstanding new additions to the Agency’s leadership bench.
Here’s what Neville has to say: “The chance to build a team and shape the strategy for Town Square’s clients is something that I am truly excited about. Having worked at several multinational agencies, I’m looking forward to getting stuck in at an ambitious independent agency, and the chance to help build and shape something exciting. The team at Town Square shares my passion for great creative work and we look forward to putting that passion into practice.”
And Jane adds: “I’m happy to be coming home to Melbourne and excited about the opportunity to work alongside Danielle, Harry and the rest of the team to drive their ambitious plans to grow the Agency. They produce excellent and effective work and the prospect of building on that is something I’m relishing.”
We look forward to introducing Jane and Neville next time you drop by for coffee.
