Experience the Legend
An interactive experience that brings the drama of Australia’s most
iconic train journey to life in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD during
the Australian Open and set to tour around the country.
The activation was teased across
a series of bold OOH and social
comms that invited viewers to
‘Experience The Legend’.
We partnered with Boom Studios
to create a custom train carriage
that captured the gravitas and
commanding presence of The
Ghan at Queensbridge Square.
On one interior side, a textured overlay
with rock formations and native fauna that
premiered a mesmerising film by award-
winning Finch director Michael Hill.
The film was based around ‘a day in the
life’ onboard The Ghan and was shot
through a distinct first person perspective
that immersed viewers in the drama of
this epic journey.
On the other, a Wes Anderson inspired
train window that invites viewers to
take in the rolling countryside and
picturesque vistas the Australian
outback is known for.
